Get Rid of That Spare Tire

Are you wanting to "lose that spare tire"?.. no matter how hard you try to button up last seasons skirts, and pants, there is this extra bit that keeps finding a place to pop out?.

Getting rid of that spare tire, can be three of the hardest things to do. You could do sit-ups for the next 20 years, and there will be this firm ab muscles with a spare tire on top!

Depending on your genetics, extra fat will always find a place to pop up or out. If you eat over you burn, then the law of gravity will have that little extra bulge pop out somewhere, whether it is in the middle of your gut, like me.. or maybe your hips, or wherever your fat likes to hide on you.

So, how to get rid of that spare tire.. believe it or not, you do have to look at what you are eating. Everyone tried to tell me, it was a matter of exercise, because I sit at my job all day, but NOT.

If that was not to get you down those aisles, then we make sure to put a nice display of the convenient and fattier foods on the aisle ends to be seen by you as shortly as you enter the store, or at the funds register while you are waiting. First rule, make sure you shop with a FULL stomach! to get rid of temptation.

So, after some in depth research I made some discoveries, that maybe you already know, but was a shocker for me, but all the nice and fresh healthy foods are on the outer aisles of the grocery stores, and all the packaged, fattier and more convenient foods are in the middle aisles, right where we can attract you the quickest.

So, start with the outer aisles, put on blinders and ignore all those chips and cookies displayed on the ends of the aisles that you need to pass to get to the fruits and veggies. Then start looking at labels, you will be stunned and amazed.

For example, did you know there's 3 grams MORE fat in a kit Kat bar than there's in a mars bar?.. This seemly innocent wafer light looking kit Kat is actually fattier than a heavy looking mars bar. So if you are watching fat grams, and cannot give up that afternoon chocolate attack, take this in to consideration!

Exchange your fattier cheeses for lighter versions (and no this does not mean you can eat more!) find a lighter calorie bread, and try some more fish. those changes alone will give you a nice start.

After you've got all your fresh foods, meats and eggs, make a bee line down the other aisles at high speed to burn some calories... but try not to run over someone... every bit of exercise counts!
